We need to harness this #CancelCulture movement for good. Yes, cancel the Harvey Weinsteins and other celebrities who have done wrong, BUT can we please start using the INTERNET to #cancelBetsyDevos, #Cancel corporations that defraud citizens and politicians we need #OuttaHere ??
During the Rant you will learn about how a petition on Change.org calls for Don Cheadle to replace Gina Carano as Cara Dune in the Mandalorian, how Betsy Devos and Donald Trump defrauded Americans trying to get ahead by going to colleges that lied and said they were accredited, just to get people’s money and my suggestion for future politics and elections, since anyone can now just say a ballot box or voting machine was “rigged”.
I also rant about Wallstreet Bets, Elon Musk influencing the Stock Market, Crypto Currencies such as Dogecoin and mention Aziz Ansari and Louis CK.
Not everything I say here is serious and you should have your sarcasm meter turned on, but some of it is and I would love to hear your feedback, suggestions, what you agree or disagree with and who you think we should #Cancel next!

On June 14th, 2020, my dad Charles Sibirsky and I set up a piano outside the Brooklyn’s SLOPE MUSIC and played for passersby, for the second time during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This time we were joined by Lena Bloch on tenor saxophone and played as a Black Lives Matter / Justice for George protest passed by the music school.
“Now’s the Time” is an original composition of Charlie Parker. First recorded on November 26, 1945, by Charlie Parker’s Beboppers: Parker (alto sax), Miles Davis (trumpet), Dizzy Gillespie or Sadik Hakim (piano), Curley Russell (bass), and Max Roach (drums).
The performance was dedicated to #EssentialWorkers #FrontLineWorkers and #JusticeForGeorge. During this time of frustration protests around the world were calling for justice for the murder of George Floyd by (former) Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.
As fate would have it, a protest came down 9th Street, passing right in front of us. My dad started playing “Now’s the Time” by Charlie Parker (quite appropriate!) while I went into the street to show support for the protest.
Several protestors came over to the yard to take pictures and footage of the music, just as I was taking footage of the protest, before rejoining Lena and pop, with my flute, to finish the song. Some said it was like we were serenading the protesters, adding a soundtrack to the movement. We hadn’t known they were coming, so it wasn’t planned, but we definitely shared a cosmic energy for a brief moment in time.

What an exciting ride it’s been! Starting with Pt 1 – the Cube is invented in 1974 and the rest is history – literally! So many books, manuals, articles, music videos, television shows and Movie appearances – until finally we have a Rubik’s Cube movie in the works, a full length feature film, with it’s own Rubik’s Cube Universe!
This short video, also discusses the upcoming Rubik’s Cube Game Show in development, the Netflix documentary The Speedcubers, Red Bulls awesome Super Bowl style ring they award for their Rubik’s Cube Championship, the Rubik’s clothing line by Puma and more!

As a teacher who has been using Rubik’s Cube in the classroom for about 5 years. I solved the cube once as a kid, but now in my 40’s have a renewed appreciation for this mathematical puzzle! While learning various methods of solving 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6, 7×7, 2x2x3, 2x3x3, X-Cube, Pyraminx and other awesome puzzles, I did a lot of youtube surfing, looking for answers.
I noticed that a lot of Histories of the Cube on youtube are entertaining and give the basics, but did not go into as much depth as I wanted. So I set out to make a “complete” history. Of course mine is not complete either or else it would be a 9 hour video! But I did include several things I thought other videos left out. Because it is so detailed I used animation, effects and some existing video footage (used with permission or Creative Commons), to try to keep it engaging.
I hope you like it. Please let me know what I got wrong or left out, so I can add it into a future video. This is COLLEGE LEVEL – not kid’s stuff! Enjoy!

I was doing all this analysis and discussion of the hit TV series WandaVision when suddenly it hit me – I know why the show is striking such a chord with viewers – or do I?
In this WandaVision Matrix Rant I talk about the allure and relatability of these farfetched characters, due to what I think of as The Matrix syndrome – the underlying belief that somehow we are living in a simulation and are not sure if it is being controlled by someone outside ourselves or if we are actually causing everything to happen. Lately everyone has been captivated by this new show WandaVision. But if you haven’t been watching, don’t worry, the show changes so much each episode, its probably quite difficult to give you a spoiler, because if you haven’t gotten to that episode yet, you wont know what the heck I’m talking about.
Right now we just saw Episode 7. We have two Episodes left, 8 & 9. Then Episode 10 will be taking you Behind the Scenes of the show. The Water cooler talk is about whether or not Wanda is really controlling the town – consciously or unconsciously – or whether its been someone else all along. Episode 7 revealed someclues to that.
BUT THAT IS LAST WEEKS NEWS! IN THIS VIDEO I have some theories as to who may be called in to save the day, rescue the town from Wanda and rescue Wanda from herself … or whoever may or may not be controlling her. I also think I know how they are going to overcome all the challenges facing S.W.O.R.D and the small New Jersey town that has been under mind control. It was the first time they’d played outside of the house, since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Graeme set up his phone and went Live on Facebook. After some friends shared it as a “Watch Party” the event reached thousands of people, with no advance notice or promotion.”
Now, for the first time, the footage is on youtube, so that more people can spend the day with us and this wonderful moment, father and son, one family’s engagement with the community, during the Covid-19 pandemic. We decided to dedicate the performance to Frontline Essential Workers and halfway through the video you will see the residents of the block and passers by applauding, saluting and shouting praise to the essential workers, who usually get off a shift around 7pm.
We all were pretty tense for months, losing loved ones, hospitals over capacity, watching the news of all the drama, in addition to protests of racial injustice going on throughout the city. (The next time we played outside was dedicated to this as well). This was our time to let off steam! There is a lot of shouting, clapping, banging of metals cans and a neighbor’s kid was even blowing a plastic trumpet-like toy instrument, for several minutes. I kept that in to show the love the community showed to our fellow citizens who were on the frontlines, working to help us get through the Coronavirus Crisis.
Another thing added to the footage is all the beautiful comments and conversations going on throughout the Facebook Live event. Thank you to Guy “Wiseguy” Thomas and Lena Bloch for sharing the Live and I will be uploading another one we did two weeks later, featuring Lena Bloch on saxophone as well.
